|Seven years ago, when three unrelated people introduced me to REBOUNDING, I listened. In my mid-sixties at the time, I was experiencing chronic weakness, stiffness, pain and awkwardness of movement. Running, dancing and active sports, all favorite activities of mine, were no longer possible because of the jarring impact produced by landing on hard surfaces. I have since learned that soft vertical movement is a welcome alternative to living with the functional limitations of sensory-motor amnesia. Rebounding is a return to celebration of movement. It can also vivify, animate and embody insights gained through Reality-Based InQuiry.
Without movement, cells get weak and metabolism becomes sluggish. Rebounding is way to strengthen, invigorate, freshen and enjoy your entire body.
