Breath Education

                                                                               Breath_of_Life

In today's fast-paced modern world, many people take breathing for granted or ignore it completely. With shallow or restricted breathing (and thinking), muscles tighten, blood pressure and heart rate increases, physiological processes become distorted and require more effort. The result is exhaustion, toxicity, inefficiency.

Breathing and movement are one-and-the-same action. They are inseparable. Nobody can breathe for you and in fact, without breath, nothing can live. Your body and it's quality of experience is the very sounding-board for every process offered in Reality-Based InQuiry.

As one client says:

“I was able to connect to myself in a whole new way by trusting the   process of deep, consistent breathing. I felt safe to explore and
push through the stresses, tensions and sadness as well as nervous
laughter stored in my body. What made this process work so well
for me was the permission—an honest invitation to move,
express, communicate and be any way that naturally came up
  from the breathing body.”

Grounded breathing and movement education opens and deepens you safely from the inside-out. At the very least, it frees your pelvis, relaxes your jaw and opens your throat. It is restorative.
